month, October 2009 Julie
Whyte
Julie is originally from the San Fernando Valley in
California, an original valley girl (for sure). She moved to Branson in
1993. Julie owns and operates Best Dressed Windows & Home
Décor featuring custom window coverings, blinds, drapes, shutters,
shades, etc., on the 76 strip in Branson. Julie has been in this type
of business since 1983. Julie has two grown children, a daughter
and a son. Julie’s first Corvette was an Ontario
Orange 1971, which she acquired in 1982. She later bought the 1971
Corvette that she now owns back in 2006, which is identical to her first
one. Julie was an original founding member of the Branson Corvette Club
in 2004, which later became Tri-Lakes Corvette Club. Julie enjoys spending time outside, especially grilling
poolside at home. She also enjoys spending time on her pontoon boat and
traveling. Her favorite destination is Cancun. She is also big
St. Louis Cardinals fans. (I happen to know that Julie also likes to dabble
in the cards. It is also good luck to have her stand next to you when
you’re playing cards!) |
